Boys & girls 10+ years old experience a full-body circuit workout in a party-like atmosphere.

This safe, non-competitive environment provides a space to learn the proper use of basic weight training equipment, medicine ball slams, resistance bands, kettlebells, battle ropes and more!

  • Mondays @ 5:30 PM - Circuit Training

  • Mondays @ 6:00 PM - Tumble & Strength

  • Tuesdays @ 5:30 PM - Strength Training

  • Wednesdays @ 6:00 PM - Tumble & Strength
