Since 1999, PowerKids Sports And Fitness has been providing students with a rich, diverse learning environment. At PowerKids we offer a uniquely creative and fun fitness experience for the whole family, babies through adults!
Whether offered through various school systems or within the walls of its standalone studios, each exciting experience is built around age-appropriate social and motor skill development. In order to tackle the nation-wide epidemic of inactivity the PowerKids Movement encourages people of ALL ages, sizes and skill levels to DO SOMETHING BIG and GET MOVING!!
Our professional coaches are full of energy and nurture each of our guests as they develop skills, self-esteem, and confidence to be healthy and fit for a lifetime.

Parents' Night Out
Friday, December 13th
Enjoy a delicious dinner, an exciting movie or.....you could spend the whole time in a dark, quiet room! Feel free to do whatever you want with your time when you drop your kids off at PowerKids from 6:30 pm-10:00 pm and they'll enjoy a night of sports skills, games, trampoline tricks, obstacle course challenges, Legos, crafts & MORE!

Winter Break Schedule Now Available
Check your children's school schedule. If their school is closed, chances are WE'RE OPEN! Give your kids an experience they'll remember! Each day at PowerKids Camp will be a unique, exciting experience!
This 9AM-2PM or 4PM camp will keep the kids off the couch and working on their social and physical development. Each day is different and could include non-competetive sports, gymnastics, games, acroyoga and more! click "See Calendar" for available dates
