Our Adult PowerTraining classes incorporate all forms of exercise including basic weight training, HIIT, tumbling/gymnastics and yoga! APT is the perfect place to get personalized strength and fitness training in a motivating, small group setting. Drop in when you can with one of our Class Passes or save money and combine all of your family's classes in a monthly Member Package! You choose group or personal training sessions. Heather is certified in both CrossFit L2 and Precision Nutrition L1. With a passion for helping others achieve GREATNESS, she specializes in strength development and attaining personal goals!

As a registered 200hr yoga teacher, Kellie specializes in Vinyasa and acrobatic yoga, as well as inversions such as headstands, handstands and arm balances! Her classes will empower you to be the BEST version of yourself!
